Young Artists in Brunei Showcase Solidarity in “Children of Palestine” Drawing Competition
The Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Brunei Darussalam hosted a drawing competition titled “Children of Palestine” to mark International Quds Day drawing active participation from local students and highlighting messages of empathy and solidarity.
The Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Brunei Darussalam organized a meaningful painting competition under the theme “Children of Palestine” in commemoration of International Quds Day, observed on the last Friday of the holy month of Ramadan. The initiative aimed to raise awareness about the plight of the Palestinian people, particularly children, while encouraging artistic expression among young participants.  Students from Sekolah Tinggi Perempuan Raja Isteri (STPRI) and Sekolah Rendah Datu Ratna Haji Muhammad Jaffar took part enthusiastically, presenting creative artworks that reflected themes of peace, resilience, and solidarity. The event provided a platform for students to express their perspectives on global humanitarian issues through art.  At the conclusion of the competition, selected artworks were carefully evaluated, and winners were awarded valuable prizes in recognition of their creativity and meaningful contributions. The event underscored the role of youth engagement and cultural initiatives in promoting awareness and compassion across communities.
