Joint Webinar between University of Brunei Darussalam and the Scientific Consultation in Southeast Asia Region and the embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Brunei Darussalam was held on 16th January

     In this webinar, both sides expressed interest in expanding scientific and technological cooperation with an emphasis on the topics of energy, data science and artificial intelligence, literature, and various interdisciplinary fields based on the application of artificial intelligence in medicine, engineering and basic sciences.

     The parties, while preparing for the exchange of experts and students, prioritized the introduction of major projects needed by the two countries and it was decided that in addition to the sisterhood of this university with one of the Iranian universities.

    In this webinar on the Iranian side Dr. Mohsen Saraf, scientific consuler in the region, Dr. Mehdi Soltanzade, Dr. Ali Maham and Mr. Ramin Foroughi, Deputy Head of Mission and on the Bruneian side Dr. Joyce Teo, assistent vice chancellor, Mrs. Irmawati Ahmad, deputy director and Mrs. Amal Hayati, assistent register participated.
